Belt pullley, Casting pulley
The V belt pulleys are designed for Narrow V-Belts and for general industrial application. All pulleys specified by customers for any V-Belts specified in Groove Specifications are our standard products. We have manufacturing facilities to make pulleys up to Φ3000mm.
Materials: High-grade cast iron and CEL.
Standard Balance Testing: According to ISO254. With special requirements by customer, We can do dynamic balance for the pulleys at G6.3 quality grade.
Groove Surface Finish: The sizes of the grooves are machined so that the surface finish is a maximum of 3.2μm Ra which determined by the method given in BS 1134.
Surface treatment: We usually do the process of phosphating if the diameter of the pulleys is less than 1400mm (including 1400mm) and the surface will turn black. If the diameter is 1400mm more we will paint the surface. We usually use two colours black or blue. We can also do surface treatment as our customers' requirements.
